Evaluation forms Elderly Music Therapy
The following public a series of cards that I have often used music therapy in my work with elders, but that obviously can not be considered comprehensive with respect to a multidimensional assessment. Their usefulness is to fill quellla lack of monitoring tools to calibrate the instruments specific factor "music" in a general therapeutic approach / long-term rehabilitation.

This material is obviously due to an operational context of continuous presence in geriatric facility, with a wide range (Individuals, Groups, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, ambulant elderly) in a collaborative team (Physician / Geriatrician, Physiotherapist, Animator, music therapist, practitioners, nurses, relatives), with a balanced view of therapeutic rehabilitation courses dynamic and not static protocols. The cards make up a single body and therefore must be used at rates programmed record details and changes.

Goals can be traced back to these great features schematically

Sound parameters: Height, Stamp, Time, Attack of the Sound Intensity, Sound Issue

The evaluation forms were designed by Roberto Bellavigna music therapist at the nursing home Rossi Sidoli "Compiano Parma, software was implemented in" Visual Basic 6.0 "by Eng. Manuela Bellavigna.
